If you want to have a successful business career, you need to be very good in your area of expertise. If you are good at what you do, you will be more self-confident which can lead to your success.
You need to learn and learn something new every day to become better and better in your niche. The more you learn, the more knowledge and new ideas you will have.
No matter how hard you work on your business, you need to work harder on yourself. Jim Rohn once said:
Work hard at your job and you can make a living. Work hard on yourself and you can make a fortune.
Successful people understand the importance of personal development and they are prepared to invest their time to learn how they can become better.
The reason why it’s worth to spend some time learning self-improvement techniques is that if you do that you will be able to solve any problem in your life.
If you have any problem in your life – that only means that you don’t have knowledge to find solution. Instead of being focused on problem, successful people are focused on finding a solution.
For example, if you want to lose weight, earn more money, have more friends, be happier, find a better job but don’t know how to do that, then you need to learn from those who have already found the solution for the same problem.
The worst thing you can do is to be jealous to others and think that they are better then you.
The best thing you can do is learn from others and follow their principles which have been proven to work!
Exercise 1: Write down 1 thing in your life that you want, but you don’t have. Now try to think where you can learn how to get what you want. Who can help you? Where can you find the information and knowledge you need? Write down 3 possible ways of finding the information you need to be able to get what you want.
Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers. – Tony Robbins
Your quality of life will depend on questions that you ask yourself. If you ask yourself negative questions, then you will get negative answers.
For example, if you did something wrong and after that you asked yourself: “Why am I always doing wrong things?” your brain will come up with negative answers for your question.
If you ask yourself instead, “What can I learn from this situation?” your brain will again try to find an answer, but this time it will have a more positive result.
Whatever question you ask yourself, your subconscious mind will always try to find an answer.

Self-Discipline is the ability to make yourself do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you feel like it or not. – Elbert Hubbard
There is no word which can emphasize enough the importance of self-discipline.
All main areas in your life, your time-management, your finances, your health, your relationships with others will be highly related with your ability to control yourself.
If you are eating too much, you will become overweight.
If you are spending too much money, you will end up in debts.
If you watch too much TV, you won’t have time to do important things.
If you don’t control your emotions you can ruin your relationship with others.
Your life success is a result of your ability to discipline yourself to do in each moment what you know you should be doing and to remove all possible excuses to not do it!
Successful people define their goals, make plans and strategies on how to achieve it and discipline themselves to do whatever it takes to achieve those goals.
Successful people never give up, they are not afraid of failure, they accept failure as a part of the way to success, they discipline themselves to keep trying until they win!
